Social Media Audit

Do you spend between 2-8 hours a day on Social Media?

Last week, I had my clients perform a social media audit. Every one of them discovered they spend between 2-8 hours a day not just on their phones but on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. This simple social media audit single-handedly removed all ability to say "I don't have time to work out or prep my food" with any conviction or honesty. Yet, some still held fast to their belief.

This leads us to the real question:

Do you not have time, or is it not a priority?

Shifting our perspective and asking the right questions are crucial for long-term success in any area, and our health and fitness are no exception. Often, we convince ourselves that we’re too busy, but the reality is, we make time for what matters most to us.

My Challenge for You

This week, I challenge you to perform a social media audit. Track how much time you spend on various platforms and be honest with yourself about where your time is going. You might be surprised at how much time you actually have.

Remember, it's not about having time; it's about making time for what truly matters. Reframe your priorities and see the difference it makes in your health, happiness, and overall well-being.

If you need support in this journey, reach out to me. Our Inner, Outer, and Above Blueprint is designed to help you align your actions with your goals, making it easier to prioritize your health and fitness.
