Debby was struggling hard core with her snacking at night!

She'd stick to her nutrition all day, but then once the kids went down, and she had a moment to herself, she had a personal vendetta against Little Debbie herself!

She wasn't buying junk food.... so what was the culprit?

Her kids' snacks!

The solution:
1) She changed the snacks she was feeding her kids to healthier alternatives.
(She realized if she shouldn't be eating these things. Her kids probably shouldn't be either.)

2) She created healthier, more productive ways to reduce stress and "treat herself."
(She realized she was primarily eating because those snacks were the only thing she'd "done for herself all day" and that the one thing she was choosing wasn't a healthy one.)

3) She kept special things special.
(Now when she and the kids want a sweet treat. They do it on purpose. Together. As a family. As a special occasion.)

Results:
Debby is maintaining the lowest weight she has since before her kids. She's developed awesome stress management techniques. She's teaching her kids healthier eating habits. She's glorifying the Lord in her eating. 1 Cor 10:31
