I’m Matthew Headden, a U.S. Army veteran who loves life and prioritizes seeing the good in every person and situation. With over 16 years in the fitness industry and a formal education in Nutritional Science and Nutritional Psychology, my journey toward becoming a faith-based health and fitness coach was born out of personal struggles with physical and mental health.
For decades, I battled addictions that nearly cost me my life. I share this because I want you to know I've walked the path you're currently on. If you're experiencing a lack of motivation, confusion over what to eat or how to exercise, or feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck, alone, or not good enough—I get it. I’ve been there too.
God has called me to serve the body of Christ and care for their bodies by providing scientifically backed and scripturally supported coaching, with real-world results—for GOOD!
